GOAL: Create a back to school promotion
Customizing and sourcing a small back to school promotional item-hitting a specific price point and being able to supply 1,000,000 pieces for the promotion.
ACTION: : Cavanaugh sourced and was in charge of manufacturing a totally custom designer key chain/bottle opener-finding an overseas factory that could produce the large quantity of this customized item in the compressed turnaround time needed. A Cavanaugh representative when overseas to oversee quality control of the manufacturing process. The promotion was a huge success.
